WHAT TO EXPECT

Picture

Daily Sessions

Every single session is tailored to you!

Swim, bike, run, strength or brick you get detailed session details and specific session goals.

Be it:
Run Pace, Normalised Power, Elevation Gain, IF*, TSS, HR Zones, Speed etc, each session has a specific focus.

Not a monthly generic PDF or Word Document.  Run 60 Mins... what does that even mean?

Pre and Post workout communication, when you post a comment in the post activity box, it alerts the coach and communication is flowing and instant.  As it should be!

Performance Management

7"Those who don't measure - live in hope" - J. Friel

More than just ticking boxes, in 2017 professional athletes and weekend warriors have unprecedented access to information and data.  No question, it's a delicate balance.  But that's up to the coach to determine whats important and what's irrelevant.  Fitness (CTL) and Fatigue (ATL) are in a constant battle, but in the end the two equal Form (TSB), and form is what matters come race day.

Annual Training Plans

We are all incredibly busy.  Juggling family, work, life and training.  Every athlete has different demands, different lifestyles, but mostly we are creatures of habit.  An Annual Training Plan (6-12 Months ironically), enables me to sit down with an athlete and identify big weeks, recovery weeks, conference dates, looming deadlines, family days, race days and holidays all in advance.  It's not 'set in stone' however sometimes it's nice to know whats on the horizon.  This is a fantastic tool for everyone
