WEEK 4

Extremely positive week, and most likely the easiest I've done a +1000 TSS week in the past 3 years, body just feels good, and the mind is following.  Many times its the other way around.

Travel for work can sometimes throw the routine, but there's nothing like travelling to an Iconic Ironman event such as Cairns.  It's a well timed boost, and a well timed reminder that there are some very talented blokes getting around in the 30-34 AG.

Clawed back a little of the lost TSS from the previous week, to claw it all back in one hit would push me too far into dangerous territory, so it's just a week by week claw back at this stage.  Forecast TSS of 1003 with actual TSS of 1134 (+131).  Such an emphasis around this number will not be tested until October, but at this stage, I'm liking it's control of fatigue.

Video for Week 4 will follow on Monday, figure a bit of Cairns IM action is better than my melon for a week.
