  1. SHARE WITH US ABOUT THE MONTHS BEFORE YOU STARTED WITH KOA SPORTS, IN OTHER WORDS LETS GIVE CONTEXT AROUND HOW FAR YOU’VE COME

I used to train on my own terms and found out I plateaued and burnt out quick in the season. So I needed someone to watch my back and this is why I reached out to Tim @ Koa Sports.

  1. SHARE WITH US ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR COACH AND WHY YOU THINK THEY’VE MADE A DIFFERENCE

There were some parts where the motivation went down, having someone to guide me through these moments helped me go forward and trust the process.

WHAT HAS SURPRISED YOU MOST IN YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS?
You can still have some fun while kicking goals. You don’t have to deprive yourself to succeed in something, it’s quite the opposite.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO DATE?
I was quite disorganized the first season. Nonetheless I was convinced to take part on a hilly local bike stage race. On the final day, after digging deep and going up some tough climbs, I found myself in a very select group including the yellow jersey wearer. I took time to realize and was like: “Holy sh** this is dope!”.

HAS KOA SPORTS CHANGED YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE?
Totally, I found some skills that I didn’t have before.
